Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is on its way or the shipping label has been created then the modifications are no longer available.

Can I exchange an item?

We unfortunately do not do direct exchanges! So double check your order before placing it! :)

Do you offer returns? 

We are unable to offer returns, but if you ever do experience any issues with your order then do send us an email a jijitashop@gmail.com ! :)
